I highly recommend Zitro Services LLC for anyone preparing for their MHIC license. The prep class was absolutely worth the money. We were able to take several practice exams, which were extremely helpful in getting familiar with the structure of the test and the types of questions to expect. The instructor also makes a HUGE difference, and Chris was incredible. I was honestly dreading three 5-hour evening classes after already working a full day and was worried I’d have a hard time staying awake and focused. However, Chris completely changed that. He’s funny, engaging, and makes the class interactive. But more importantly, you can tell he genuinely cares about making sure his students understand the material. He has a way of explaining things that actually sticks with you. He made sure to go over the important information we needed to know, answered questions throughout the class, and every single evening he stayed afterward to help anyone who still had questions or needed extra clarification. He never made you feel rushed or like you were bothering him. I’m very happy I took the class and and would absolutely recommend it to anyone preparing for the exam!

had a great experience with Zitro Services Training Class. Chris was our teacher and did an excellent job explaining everything clearly and making the class easy to follow. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and took the time to make sure everyone understood the material. The whole class was well organized and very helpful. I definitely feel like I came away with a much better understanding of everything we covered. I would highly recommend Zitro Services, and especially Chris as an instructor.

I recently completed my MHIC license training at Zitro Services, and Chris did an outstanding job as the instructor. He used his own real-life experiences to explain the material, which made the class much easier to understand. Instead of only reading from the book, he shared examples that showed how the information applies in the real world. Chris made the class interactive by encouraging questions, discussions, and participation. He created a comfortable learning environment where everyone felt included. His personality and teaching style kept the class engaged from start to finish. I left the training with a better understanding of the MHIC requirements and felt more confident moving forward. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone taking MHIC license training. His knowledge, experience, and ability to connect with students made the class both educational and enjoyable.
