My husband’s immigration case has been a long, complicated journey, and I want to take the time to sincerely thank USLC for all of their hard work, dedication, and patience throughout the process. I only wish I had found USLC from the very beginning when we first started my husband’s adjustment of status (AOS) case. Even so, I am incredibly grateful that they are now handling his case. One of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had with an attorney. I am honestly at a loss for words when I read the positive reviews for this firm, because my experience was completely different. I paid $300 for a consultation I received little to no real help. The advice I was given was generic, some of the information turned out to be inaccurate, and I did not feel that anyone took the time to properly understand my case. What shocked me most was being quoted approximately $3,600 just to move forward with the next stage. After the consultation, I had absolutely no confidence that spending thousands more would improve my situation. Fortunately, I decided to seek a second opinion. The attorney I hired afterward was able to identify issues that had been overlooked, explain my options clearly, and accomplish more for my case than I received from this firm. Looking back, the $300 consultation fee feels completely wasted. My experience left me with the impression that collecting fees was a higher priority than providing meaningful legal assistance. I cannot recommend this firm based on my personal experience. If you are considering hiring them, I strongly suggest getting a second opinion before spending your money. Another frustrating part of my experience was that I continued receiving requests and documents to sign even after I had clearly stated, in writing, that I would not be moving forward with the firm. It would have been appreciated if my decision had simply been respected instead of repeatedly sending the same agreement and asking me to proceed. Once a potential client has clearly declined representation, that should be the end of the matter.

I was very satisfied about my experience with U.S Immigration Law Counsel. I had originally started my immigration process in 2018 with a different lawyer who from my experience only scammed me out of money. I finally decided it was time to look for another lawyer. I switched over last year and within a year I was able to get my approval for my Green Card. Everyone I spoke to was always very cordial & professional. They responded to any concerns I had same day. Overall my experience was very good. If you are looking for a reliable immigration lawyer this is the place to go.
