At this point I think this is a complete scam! I haven’t heard from a lawyer after requesting a call for MONTHS! I asked for an email recap of my relatives case and NOTHING. Super unprofessional. Yet the Maria Mendoza has time to be on ig live praising the American dream. Yet I think her business is full of scammers.

I recently reached out to Mendoza Law Firm seeking assistance with my green card renewal, as my current card is set to expire on April 3, 2026. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Although I did receive a phone call to briefly review my case, the firm ultimately declined to take it. I understand that not every case can be accepted; however, given the urgency and stress involved in immigration matters, I was hoping for a more empathetic and supportive approach. Additionally, I asked if they could recommend another attorney or firm that might be able to assist me, but no alternatives were provided. For individuals navigating time-sensitive immigration situations—especially those seeking Spanish-speaking legal support—this lack of guidance can be particularly challenging. I encourage others to carefully consider their options and explore multiple firms in the Washington, D.C. area to ensure they receive the level of support and responsiveness they need. Thank you.

Have yet to meet my lawyer in over a year. Have paid over 4,000 dollars and 600 and something for paperwork, and the only person I ever talk to are customer service representatives. Itd be great if i could get my money back but knowing them i wouldnt even get the time for a phone call with someone other than customer service representative. If i could give 0 starts i would. Find someone else! I AM A REAL "CLIENT". So do not try to pretend like im not!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to thank Mendoza’s Immigration Office, especially attorney Kevin Boyce, for their outstanding service. Kevin accompanied my husband to his immigration appointment and took great care of his case with professionalism and compassion. He was patient, thorough, and made sure every detail was handled correctly. Thanks to their fast and excellent service, my husband is now a U.S. citizen!
