I've just got my green card approved and I want to say THANK U!!! To all the team at Simple Citizen who have made the journey easier than I thought. Doing the process with them has been the best decision ever. We got the cheap package but we also booked a call with the lawyer Marko, before our interview with USCIS. What a great team they are!! My husband and I are super happy with you guys!

I’ve been using SimpleCitizen since my conditional green card application, then removal of conditions, and now my citizenship application. They have been professional, fast, and incredibly helpful throughout my entire immigration journey. What impressed me most is their amazing customer service — they often replied to my emails within minutes during office hours and always helped me update my status or answer questions without any hassle. Immigration can be stressful, but SimpleCitizen has made the process so much smoother. Highly recommend!

I went through three processes—Adjustment of Status, Removal of Conditions, and Citizenship—and all were successful! Simple Citizen was a fantastic guide; if something wasn't quite right, they would notify you and help you fix it. I’ve recommended it to several friends, and it worked wonders for them, too! Many thanks for all the support.

The website is user friendly and the consultants and attorneys are professional and always willing to help, which have made the entire process stress-free. A big shoutout to Sierra, Diana, Shelby and all others at SimpleCitizen who have helped me during the process. I highly recommend their services!

I had a great experience using SimpleCitizen for a marriage-based green card application. Their platform made a very complex process much more structured and manageable, and the biggest value for me was the team support throughout the entire workflow. Whenever I had questions, the case managers and team leads responded quickly and clearly, and they were genuinely proactive in helping me move the application forward. Even when I ran into scheduling issues early on, they escalated it, reassigned attorneys, and solved the problem fast. Communication was consistent, and I always felt like someone was tracking my case and helping me meet my deadline. The final printed packet they shipped to me was organized extremely well and made signing and mailing to USCIS straightforward. Overall, this service absolutely justified the cost — it saved me time, reduced stress, and gave me confidence that my filing was complete and professionally prepared. Highly recommend SimpleCitizen if you want a guided process with responsive support and a well-prepared final packet.
