I truly appreciate this law firm. They have been so kind and patient with me. They are representing me for a worker's comp claim. I don't have money, I lived paycheck to paycheck. They don't expect payment unless or until your case has won a settlement. Shortly after them taking my claim, I was diagnosed with Stage3 Cancer. I ak not of retirement age, nonetheless, they attained a lawyer to spearhead SSA/SSDI on fast-track and it was settled within 8-10 weeks. Their staff is terrific and very knowledgeable. I also love their app as a way to connect with the law firm outsode of business hours. I am very pleased and I think you would be, too.

They helped me with every step as well as any questions that arose. They kept positive about the situation to help with the time it takes with court. They were courteous the entire time and kept up with everything going on in my case. Definitely recommending them to others who need help.

I have had a very good experience with my lawyer, R.Osgood. Her profile was transparent, great education, and some of it local, from a reputable firm that is in good standing. A female lawyer is a great choice for me. I know she has had to work harder to get ahead. She does right by me. She is consistent, we communicate, and i follow her advice. She is understanding, but to the point, and she has an edge that i think is needed to fight in court.. I chose the right person to help me..... C.L

If you ever wonder why attorneys have such a bad reputation, then sign up with Pond Lehocky, and you'll find out. Andrew Ruder handled my workers comp case and blew it for me. He was totally outplayed by the defense law firm. It wasn't even a close match. Andrew Ruder will return emails in the beginning, but when he senses he is going to loose the case he does not respond to any emails. In fact, he does not even open the emails to see what I have to say. He will totally ignore you. Not the least bit interested. I spent over two years out of work due to a work injury to my back and can't even get a return call for questions I have. Their commercials advertise "they wrote the book on workers compensation law". That's a joke. I don't even think they read the book. I was told by Andrew Ruder some months ago that my company still owes me about $2000, but now I was told by some paralegal that there is no money owed to me. This person said they spoke to Andrew Ruder and he said nothing is owed to me. What happened to my $2000? Who kept it? There are plenty of law firms that advertise WC law. Stay away from Pond Lehocky at all cost. Thank you for responding, but if you are serious about speaking, you can either call me or email me. You certainly have all of my contact information.
