Kayla B has especially been supportive in reviewing our account and suggesting ways to improve our employee experience, plus she walked me through some functions I haven't used in awhile to refresh my memory and to make sure I'm doing the process correctly. It has been such a great experience working with Payroll Partners! Specifically working with KAILIN BRAUCH and CHERYL RAYBORN. Anytime I was uncertain of something I could call either one of them and they were able to guide me and talk me through whatever I needed. They are amazing and I can not recommend Payroll Partners enough!

Kayla, Angie, and Jess are OUTSTANDING! They are so easy to work with while learning a new system and are always available to help when needed. They provide comprehensive hands-on training, knowledgeable, and commitment to helping their customers. The piece that stands out the most is they took the time to explain things and allowed for my questions to help me best navigate the system. Converting to Payroll Partners was the best thing we have done for the practice since we opened. The team is happy, the providers are happy and I am ecstatic! Payroll Partners had made my HR processes so much more efficient and effective. Working with Kailin as our implementation specialist was amazing. She spent so much time making sure we all knew how things worked and that I specifically was comfortable navigating all of the different areas and options. We recently transitioned our payroll and payroll tax processing to Payroll Partners, Inc. in Fort Wright, KY after handling everything in-house for nearly 20 years. While it was a big decision for us, the experience has been excellent. We’ve been very impressed with the Payroll Partners software, reporting, and overall staff support. Kailin was outstanding during the implementation—she was responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. As a large seasonal employer with some employees requiring paper checks, she went above and beyond to ensure we could continue printing payroll checks in-house. We highly recommend Payroll Partners!
