Every negative is 100% the truth. My mother paid this firm $12,000 for immigration services, yet after more than a year, no application was ever filed with USCIS. During that time, appointments were canceled, emails went unanswered, and we were even turned away after arriving at their office. The firm ultimately admitted that the documents had never been filed. They then attempted to have us re-sign documents based on information that is completely false to try to save their image. This experience has been extremely disappointing, hurtful, and stressful. They make promises and sell families a dream, just to take their money! This resulted in lost time and $12,000 paid for services that were never completed. We are now pursuing the appropriate formal channels to address this matter. I really hope you do not take this with a grain of salt and avoid this office at all cost.

We had a great experience with Meneses Law! They were very professional, helpful, and always made sure we understood each step of the process. Thanks to their guidance and support, my husband received his residence. We’re very thankful for all their hard work and would definitely recommend them!

I started my case with meneses law in november 2024. they finalized and “sent” case in january 2025. to date, i have NOT received any form of proof that it was actually sent. no receipt, no tracking number, nothing. they said they don’t have a receipt number which is a LIE unless they never actually sent my case. every time i call, they are unable to answer questions about my case, i went to their office and they did not let me speak with someone that could explain what’s going on with my case. the receptionist said she was sure they sent my case, and when i asked “well how do i know that if you guys have not provided any proof AT ALL.” she said “well if you don’t want to believe me that’s on you” SO unprofessional and rude. i am legally entitled to this information. when i requested my files they said it would take 5 months!!!?? ridiculous. i have paid them over 10,000 and i can’t speak with a lawyer and they are unable to answer questions about MY case!? they never call back either like they promise. worst customer service i’ve ever experienced.

0 out of 5 stars THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT TRUST!! My dad has been a client of theirs for close to 3 years now and has paid them every month since. Not only have they not moved a muscle to help him gain residency but they are extremely unprofessional. Every time I call there is always over an hour wait just to be transfer to someone who gives vague answers or just doesn't know anything at all. No managers around ever. No call backs. Just a huge waste of money. This place takes advantage of people trying to better their situation and it's disgusting. This whole law firm should be shut down and sued for fraud!

WORST OFFICE EVER !!! This is a SCAM !! The office love to paint you a pretty picture and assure you of successful results they overcharge and then make it impossible for you to get in contact with them. We have been waiting for over a year for any feedback and we call continuously and no answer, we recently found out our paper work hadn’t even been SENTT!!!! Please don’t fall for this people !!! What a shame it is for them to take advantage of people’s moneys!!!!!
