My experience with this Hensley office was amazing from start to finish! I reached out to them after an insurance company offered me a very low amount and the intake woman was so kind and sorry for my accident but very hopeful it was a case they would take and they did. I was contacted by other employees in their office very fast ready to work with me on my case. The main person I worked with was Makayla and she was beyond patient with me and my busy schedule. Makayla explained every little thing and step in the process and percentage of fees they take so I was not blindsided about anything. I love how they are willing to communicate in many ways, if you can’t answer the call they will text or email you saying contact them when you can. I felt zero pressure or stress during my entire year of working with them and they really did all they could to get me back the amount I wanted after they took their fees. Even though the amount I wanted to pocket was not met with insurance agency, I am still content with the fact that I got back more than what was offered to me before having them help me and that is what matters most. Thank you to this office and Makayla for all of your hard work! I appreciate it and will definitely refer anyone I know to you guys if needed! ❤️

I contact Hensley legal group right after a freak accident that occurred while I was on assignment! Workman’s comp took descent care of me, but I spent 43 weeks in recovery. I was still out quite a bit of lost wages and the suffering during the down time and pain was intense! Heather and Lou checked on me periodically, and were very helpful! They made the Legal process seamless, and got me back way more $ than I anticipated! Thank you so much you were amazing!

The Hensley Legal Group did an AMAZING JOB!! Jennifer Jenne (Paralegal) provided OUTSTANDING customer service. In this day of modern technology (Texting), she returned my phone calls quickly. She was always positive; willing to help; easy to talk to; answered my countless questions with proficiency. Anthony Miller (Attorney) is SUPERLATIVE!! From the beginning comprehended what needed to be done and was proficient in obtaining a good settlement!! (Hire Hensley) :-)

After being in an accident I called Hensley and Hensley. Zack and Phil took on my case and were very informative and was always communicating with me about my case. After dealing with the other persons insurance company which was not easy! This team was wonderful and got me the settlement. Thank you both Zack and Phil! I highly recommend these two guys and so grateful for all they did!

I was contacted by Lydia Cross at Hensley. She took my initial information regarding Social Security Disability and was extremely helpful and kind. I had some concerns regarding working during the application process and after approval and she gave me some basic information and resources so I could do more research. Great experience!
