Unfortunately once the agreement is signed and money is paid . Everything changes quickly. You will not get the time and attention you deserve and in my personal experience raymond will talk down to you if you try to question things or share your concerns about your life changing process. Also they will have interns working on your case which sometimes will lead to lack of attention and detail about your case. You feel like you and your case isn’t paid enough attention to which is an absolute valid concern. And unfortunately you are more like a number than a valued client. But i try to be fair, the good things though were a few extra sheets and documents they added to my case (i did majority of it myself) . And at the end of my interview the attorney did a good job with final statements. They were flexible about the payments and worked it out with me. And they responded to my emails in timely manner.
