Our firm switched to Crescent HR in May of 2026. This move has turned out to be great and is extremely beneficial to our firm. Their team guided me through an exceptionally smooth, onboarding process. The integration experience with Employee Navigator went smoothly. This change has proven a positive impact on the processing of payroll and benefits. The implementation team of Casey, Talia, Lonnie, and Courtney are incredible to work with. Their professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge have greatly enhanced my trust in the payroll system's accuracy.

From our very first conversations with Crescent through implementation and now into our day-to-day use, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Very happy with Crescent! The staff are all great and accommodating. Thanks to all of you who helped during our transition and a special thank you to Jordan Landry who is my direct contact at Crescent. Jordan goes above and beyond and quickly responds to us. I think the window for response is 3 hours, but I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minutes. Jordan is a star! Michael O'Regan, our sales consultant is top notch. He works hard to understand unique issues and is knowledgeable and informative. Very pleased with Crescent!

While transitioning our payroll to Crescent, it was a pleasure working with Lonnie Celestin and her benefits administration team. They made the transition as smooth as possible.
