I had an excellent experience with Borshchak Law Group, especially working with Dmitriy. He handled my divorce case, and from start to finish he was absolutely amazing. My situation was a bit unique, but he approached everything with confidence, professionalism, and ease. Getting divorced (even when it's uncontested and amicable) is a daunting prospect, but I'm happy to say that working with the excellent team at the Borshchak Law Group made it about as painless as one could have hoped for. From the initial consultation, and the in-person meeting to sign all the necessary documents, to the actual hearing before the judge, the process was handled efficiently and sensitively - which made both of us feel very comfortable and well-served throughout the process. The best part was working with Hank Sonderman and Leigh Tennison, who were both very personable, friendly and helpful. They even made sure that our hearing was able to be done via Zoom call with our judge - which due to work conflicts and mobility issues, would have been very difficult had we needed to appear before the judge in person. Dmitriy Borshchak Law was profoundly supportive with my divorce case ending as well as it did! Even with intentional setbacks from the other party, my attorney stayed ready to handle the situation with a powerful presence, which grounded me with knowing he had it under control. I plan to work with them again to establish a prenuptial agreement before getting married again. I learned lessons from listening to my attorney and got practice in a courtroom that I never had before. I cannot speak highly enough towards Dmitriy at Borshcak Law Group. He's an absolute warrior who will serve and protect, going far out of his way to defend his clients. I needed a very simple prenuptial agreement made to protect only one asset, and through working with him, we made that ironclad.
